AODA: Accessibility for Disability Webinar Course for Customer Service and Management

This webinar course will be presented live on the date and at the time shown.

All courses must be booked a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date of the webinar.

Webinars require a working microphone and speakers, plus a medium-to-strong Internet Service.

Course Components:
• Legislative Requirements, including the need for policy and training
• Review the four other standards and their timelines
• Review who needs to be trained
• Discuss who this Legislation Applies to
• Define “Disability”
• Discuss what are assistive devices, service animals and support person/worker
• Review what is required as a “Feedback Mechanism”
• Discuss documentation requirements and online reporting, requirements with 20 or more employees
